Our personal service makes a difference
The firm is very responsive to the needs of clients, thanks in part to its use of advanced technology. We return phone calls and e-mails promptly and remain accessible to clients. High quality work, solid credentials, and attentive, efficient services combine for superior legal representation.
We offer clients several fee structures to meet their needs. We usually bill on an hourly basis in matters involving divorce and family law, elder law, estate planning, and most commercial litigation. In personal injury matters, our fees are contingent on recovering compensation. This enables a client to move ahead with a lawsuit without risk of large legal expenses. Flat fees can be charged for routine transactions where the time to be spent is predictable.
